Cheesy Ham & Rice Bake

This one looks great! All these items can be found in your food storage! You can get freeze dried peas as well as ham TVP! This can also be a great left over dish! Next time you have a ham...cube up the left overs and freeze! Same as your left over peas.....And you will already have your left over rice in the freezer!
Here's the recipe....It called for Minute rice so I changed it to white rice, and changed the cooking length from 20 minutes to 45....let me know if it works!!

Cheesy Ham & Rice Bake
2 cups white rice, uncooked
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups milk
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped
2 cups frozen peas
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese


PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Mix rice, soup, milk, dressing, ham and peas in 2-qt. baking dish; cover with foil.
BAKE 45 min.; uncover.
SPRINKLE with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 10 min. or until rice is tender and cheese is melted. Let stand 5 min. before serving
